Angelique has sailed from Camden Harbor, offering wonderful cruise vacations since 1980. Our cook uses a Beaufort model Dikinson stove that takes up most of the galley's 5 x 17-foot area, turning out home-cooked meals that more than satisfy a whole boat load of guests and crew, about 40 people in all. Guests come on board saying they have heard about Angelique’s meals, and when they leave the vessel they have often begged for a recipe or two.
