galley Our sailing season is from end of May - Mid October. Spring outfitting begins on April 1. Crew that can start in April and sail until October are preferred. Spring outfitting is a big part of this job, it gives you an opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of the vessel. We do have a couple of slots for crew that can not arrive until early May, these positions fill last.

INTERVIEW: An interview is important, it gives you the opportunity to learn what you are getting into, ask questions, hear what a typical day aboard is, it gives us the opportunity to learn more about you and your interests and see if we are compatible, we have to not only work together, but live aboard together.

I can not emphasize enough how hard any crew job is aboard. We are looking for self-motivated, conscientious individuals, able to work with others, willing to learn in a unique environment, and that posses people skills. We are in the people business first, sailing business second.

If you are still interested, and have not sent a resume citing your work experience and references, please do so via email or U.S. Mail. If you have already done so, please give us a follow-up phone call or e-mail.

All the best, -Captain Mike McHenry
